Features and uses:
The UV absorber is a hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole type UV absorber, which can effectively protect the gloss of the coating, avoid cracks and spots, the product is easy to emulsify, and is especially suitable for water-based systems. Dispersion of UV absorbers in aqueous systems can be obtained by dissolving in water-soluble solvents such as diethylene glycol diethyl ether.
UV absorbers with good high temperature resistance and anti-extraction properties are especially suitable for industrial and automotive coatings with high weather resistance requirements, and can also provide sufficient protection for sensitive substrates such as wood.
UV absorbers are used with hindered amines (HALS), such as light stabilizers 292 or 123. These shared synergists can significantly improve coating performance and prevent gloss loss, cracking, blistering, peeling and discoloration.
